The European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN) was adopted at a conference held in May 2000 under the auspices of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and the Central Commission for the Navigation on the Rhine (CCNR). This publication includes the Final Act of the conference, the Resolution adopted, the Agreement and the annexed Regulations. It presents information on the provisions concerning: dangerous substances and articles; the carriage of dangerous goods in packages or in bulk; the carriage of dangerous goods in tank vessels.
